Welcome everyone! Modern and cozy atmosphere at the same time! Ideally located in a popular area of Marseille close to everything, my apartment is well equipped, clean, ideal for couples, families, solo travelers... The rooms are sober and simple, but you have larger common areas! The space Room Sea (1) Private Sea Room 2 adults maximum. The entrance to the apartment overlooks a large living room with a kitchen open to the living room. Living room that opens onto a large balcony, both equipped with a table to eat or have an aperitif :-). In the living room, you can relax on the large sofa to rest, read a newspaper, a guide to Marseille or watch TV... The TV is a large 4K screen, The living room is air-conditioned. The air conditioner is operated during periods of heat. Your room is equipped with a multi-speed blade ceiling fan. Bedding: Please note that your room is equipped with a double bed for two adults and a comfortable floor mattress (for 1 child only). A travel cot is available and can be installed if you have a baby. You can cook good little dishes in the fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, utensils, dishes) or simply store your snacks or groceries in the fridge for those of you in a hurry! For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector and is not connected to gas. All heating equipment is electric. Want to live in this universe? During your stay I will be there and will be able to advise you to make your stay in Marseille unforgettable and exceptional! Other things to note The bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan. The living room is equipped with a portable air conditioner. Babysitting service available upon request (to be specified when requesting to book or during your stay). The washing machine is reserved for stays of at least 7 days, its use is subject to a fee. I am present in the common areas or in my room. A second private room may be rented by another group. I am at your service to help you, inform you and advise you to organize and plan the key moments of your trip and make you have an unforgettable stay in Marseille (either on site or by Airbnb messaging). In particular, I can suggest the best places to visit for your stay in Marseille or nearby, advise you on the best restaurants in the city according to your aspirations and tastes. I can even book for you if needed. Note that in high season, for travelers wishing to eat a real bouillabaisse, it is highly recommended to book before their arrival because the tables are often reserved and the restaurants are full.
