Close to OC Beaches, John Wayne Airport, Disneyland, OC Fairgrounds, Vanguard University, and OCC. You are renting a private bedroom and private bathroom. You’ll love it because of the location, the Wi-Fi, the A/C, the weather, the hot tub, the comfy bed, and three cats. Great for couples, adventurers, and business travelers. South Coast Plaza, Triangle, the Lab, the Camp, and many amazing restaurants are a short ride away. The beach at Newport Beach is 3.5 miles. You are close to everything! The space You get a comfy private bedroom with an adjacent private bath. We offer an in-room refrigerator, Keurig coffee, free snacks, sodas, bottled water, and a BIG screen TV with apps like Netflix, Disney+, HBOMax, etc. The Wi-Fi is amazing for your phones, laptops, and tablets. The booking does not include kitchen or dining room access. We live in the home and sleep upstairs. We have three cats that occasionally have access to the room. There is a small desk in the room for you to work from. The room is small, but does have a private adjacent bathroom that was recently remodeled with a luxury rain-shower shower. People rave about the queen bed. The bathroom is not en-suite. Your A/C and heat have a thermostat just for the downstairs so you can control your climate. Guest access You enter and exit from the house's front door by passing through the living room. There is a numeric keypad to enter the house. You can use the pool, hot tub, and free parking in the many community parking spots (use will use a pass). If you see us, feel free to say "hi" and just pass through or stop and talk. We are NEVER BOTHERED by our guests entering or leaving. Other things to note We require that all guests who wish to enter the home be invited to the reservation and have Airbnb identity verification, with an Airbnb selfie that shows only the guest with your face clearly visible. Each adult guest traveling with you must be invited with the same criteria. The guest who makes the reservation must be the guest who is staying in the room. You cannot make a reservation for another person. If you need to book for someone else for financial reasons, you can send them Airbnb gift cards, and they can pay for their own reservation. Please do not ask to bring your luggage before the 3:00 pm check-in time. There is no late check-in. If you cannot arrive before 9:00 pm (or 10:00 pm on weekends) please do not book here. The kitchen and living room are not included in the reservation. We typically get up early (6:30 am), and you may hear footsteps above your room.
