The space Located on the 3rd Floor with an Elevator, It comprises of a Living room, Separate full equipped kitchen and dining area , the spacious bedroom and a bathroom. The apartment is beautifully finished off with antique chandeliers which were sourced locally and displayed throughout the apartment including a glass chandelier in the bathroom. The owners own art hangs on the walls, wall lamps and candle lanterns help you choose your lighting mood. White walls and wooden floors lend to a beautiful canvas. The living area The living space is very comfortable with 2 two seater sofas facing each other, a bench seat that can seat 2 should you have company The dining area with 2 bench style cushioned seats , a mirrored table for dining with overhead chandelier - it makes every dining experience a little special. The dining area is an extension of the kitchen. Kitchen The kitchen comes fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine , fridge/ freezer, and utensils needed for your home away from home. The kitchen is open plan to the dining area but separate to the living area. Bedroom Hosts a king size bed 160 x 200 for a comfortable night's sleep. Two bedside tables , 2 wall lights , a vanity table or workspace. A elegant double wardrobe fitted with both shelving and hanging space and a vanity shelf for your precious items. Bathroom So elegant in white marble - In keeping with the white theme throughout . It hosts twin wash hand basins, a spacious shower and a stunning chandelier because you're worth it! The toilet is discreetly placed at the end of the bathroom behind the shower divide. 2 x Fans are supplied to keep you cool at night. Guest access The apartment is solely for the guests and they have full access, Other things to note Your Arrival: You will be welcomed on arrival to the apartment by pre arrangement as I do not live on premises. Tourist info will be available in the apartment to include local markets, restaurants , museums etc . We speak English enjoy welcoming guests from all over the world to their temporary home on the Riviera. Please Note that the 'cleaning fee' of 140 is not just a cleaning fee it includes the full changeover services, Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10.00am. Should you wish an earlier or later check in we will try our best to accommodate you, depending if there is a same day check in / check out.
