SIMPLE STOP - NO STAY (2 nights maximum) WELCOME FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN Booking recommended directly by phone call (see additional photos) The space 4 bedrooms available ON THE GROUND FLOOR - Bedroom 1 "CAMILLE" with a double bed (140), private shower, sink; - Bedroom 2 "BENJAMIN" with 2 armchairs convertible into beds - Toilet shared with the owner ON THE FIRST FLOOR: - Bedroom 3 "MARIE" with 1 double bed (140), and a single bed. - Bedroom 4 "CLAIRE" with 1 double bed (140) and a single bed, possibility to add a mattress on the floor for an extra €5 Bathroom with bathtub and toilet, shared for the entire floor. Guest access The house is still occupied by the owner who reserves private areas; It is therefore not fully available for guests, who can nevertheless use the kitchen, garden, terrace and pool. During your stay Languages: English understood and Italian. Other things to note The house is permanently occupied by the owner, who is always present with her guests and shares the kitchen, living room and garden with them. NO STAY for vacations, weekends, family parties or other; only temporary accommodation on the way to a vacation or for an outdoor activity (internship, seminar or construction site in the vicinity). The price of 40 euros is the net price for a single room based on 3 people; extra charge of €5 for the addition of an extra bed for a 4th person (except baby); in winter participation in heating €5 desired. Booking possible and recommended directly by telephone contact (see among the photos) Breakfast is not included but can nevertheless be offered with homemade or local products: yogurt, jams, honey, fresh eggs. (small surcharge at the discretion of guests). It is also possible to bring and use your own products to prepare meals on site. Towels, sheets and blankets provided. Children are welcome; board games available. Free for babies under 2 years old. Pets allowed.
