The space The 36 m² apartment is on the first floor of a 1920s building and it overlooks a quiet courtyard. The space consists of two rooms and a bathroom. The kitchen is habitable and has a table with two chairs, a large fridge with freezer, a microwave oven, a four-burner stove, a ventilated oven, a sink, many cabinets for the pantry and, of course, everything you need to cook and enjoy your delicious dishes! In the bedroom you will find a raised double bed, a comfortable double sofa-bed, a large LCD TV, a fan and two alcoves designed for being a wardrobe. The bathroom, recently renovated, has a shower with glass box, a washing machine, a toilet, a bidet and a sink.
