The space COSY COTTAGE ON TWO LEVELS, is a nice apartment, on two different levels,completely independent, and wonderful terraces with splendid view of Capri and Sorrento Peninsula. It is composed of : - ground floor : one bedroom with two single joinable beds with doors to a covered pergola one bathroom (with bidet, tub and shower) and a small, full equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer) with table for 4 people, garden with mandarin and lemon trees, table for outside eating and sun beds - top floor :- a room, with fire place, two single joinable beds and a sofa bed (single bed) , kitchen area ( with stove top, sink, small fridge, toaster, and small electric oven) and a just restored bathroom (with bidet and shower), two wonderful panoramic terraces furnished for outside eating with a large sink, an induction fire plate, a dishwasher and sun beds. FOR 2/3 PEOPLE IT IS POSSIBLE TO RENT ONLY ONE OF THE TWO ROOMS (The rooms have independent entrances and are on two different levels) at MORE CONVENIENT PRICE. INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL FACILITIES The cottage is equipped with 2 satellite TV (one in each room), wi fi, screens on the windows, ceiling fans in both rooms, air conditioning in both rooms, central heating, washing machine, oven, hair dryer, barbecue. LINEN is provided. Maid service is available if required when booking and is payable locally. A computer with printer is also available, if required. SAFE PARKING and volley/football ground. Basic equipment for breakfast (coffee, tea, milk, sugar, season fruit from the garden) and for cleaning (soap for washing, dishwashing), is kindly offered. It is completely independent, with its own private, furnished garden and patio with a splendid view of Capri. Just restored, simply and comfortably furnished with a blend of old and new. To reach the property there is a private driveway 300 mt.; From this peaceful setting, it's hard to believe you are in Naples, only a few minutes far from the center. Guest access Guests will have access to the large garden full of fruit trees around the villa, to the volley/football ground. Other things to note Only small and quiet dogs are allowed.
