Private room & bath on South Hill Puyallup.

Please note, I am using 3 times the amount of sanitation than I have in the past for all rooms & house. I ‘m centrally located on South Hill, Puyallup. Close by, McDonalds/Denny’s =0.7m, Olive Garden/Red Robin/BJ's Pizza =0.8m, Tacoma Boys/Costco =0.9m, South Hill Mall =1.0m, Puyallup Fair =1.5m, Good Samaritan Hospital =2.5m, Tacoma =7.2m, Graham =7.7m, Space Needle =28m. You'll have access to most the whole house. The house is in a nice, quite, & safe neighborhood. The room is clean & cozy. The space I know you paid good hard worked money for your stay and I stride to make everything well worth what you paid! Rest assured all towels, linen, bedding, counters and floors are all thoroughly washed and cleaned after every guest. The Hotels just down the road about 1 mile run anywhere from $120-$160 a night for a standard room! Your bed is brand new as of July 2020, 14" thick queen sized and I've been told it's extremely comfortable, a new 43” televisions on the wall that has basic HD channels, Amazon Fire TV that includes Netflix and Amazon Prime video, and a fridge in the room and a microwave, personal heater and just added a portable air conditioner and blackout blinds(if you work nights, sleep during the day) to the room. You can use the billiards room, weight room and kitchen and dinning area. Feel free to cook or microwave, use all utensils you should need, just please be respectful, I keep a clean tidy house, I just ask that you clean after yourself in our borrowed space. For your safety and mine I am using and sanitizing the rooms and house about 3 times as normal. I ask that you wipe counters that you dirty and place dishes in dishwasher after use and I’ll do the rest. You’ll have full access to the condiments, pots, pans and utensils. Lastly, many guests do, but please don’t waste your time making or folding the bedding when finished, I understand you’re doing it to be clean(if you feel the need then do so, only to make yourself feel better) but please understand all the bedding, pillow cases are washed and everything is wiped down with disinfectant each and every time a guest leaves and a new one arrives. I understand you being nice but you really don’t have too. Thank you. Guest access All general living areas including the billiards room, living room, kitchen, den, and weight room. During your stay I get home anywhere from noon to 3pm daily and go to bed about 7-8pm, but I do have friends or acquaintances that may drop in unexpected. Other things to note My place is frequented by many guests that are working The Puyallup Fair, Good Sam Hospital, The South Hill Mall and guests that may visit, hike or camp at Mt. Rainier. I work strange hours. I leave the house at 2:30 am and I am home about 12-3pm daily, Mon-Sat. I prefer but it’s not a rule to take your shoes off... (cmon... no shoes is more relaxing anyways hu?:-)... My girlfriend is usually here if I'm not and my friends may drop in unexpected, just to check on the place, although my neighbors are really good to make sure no funny business is going on:-)
