We live at the property with our Labrador dog who is friendly and will be here during your stay, you can have as much or as little interaction with us. Our home is in a quiet residential area, near local amenities and transport links. We work within Airbnb COVID 19 cleaning protocols, hand sanitiser and cleaning products are provided. Please ensure you are following government guidelines in response to the latest COVID 19 updates. We may request details of your vacation status and flow test. The space We are situated within walking distance of shops, bars, restaurants, public transport and by car Bournemouth town centre and beaches are about a 10 minute drive. You will have your own lounge with a sofa bed, tv, kettle and fridge. We are unable to provide kitchen facilities. There is a downstairs cloakroom consisting of sink and toilet. Upstairs is a further two bedrooms with coffee and tea facilities. Bedroom one has a double bed, bedroom two has a double bed, single bed and travel cot available for your use. The main bathroom is upstairs, shower is situated over the bath. We also have a selection of young children’s books and toys for your use during your stay. Guest access Off-road parking is available for two cars, there is plenty of parking on the road (at certain times parking restrictions apply). Enter the property at the front of the house via the porch using the left-hand door, we will be here to greet you on arrival or access via key safe During your stay We live at the property and will be here to welcome you, during your stay we will be here to answer any questions and help. We will be contactable either in person or by phone and are happy to give any information or advise to make your stay perfect. Other things to note Prior to booking please ensure that everybody in your group likes dogs. Our Labrador may be on his own for a period of time in the property. Local parks available for dog walks, within walking distance. If you want to bring your own dog this must be agreed prior to arrival, all vaccinations including kennel cough must be up-to-date. An additional charge of £3 per night is payable on arrival. Additional cost for use of washing machine and tumble drier apply. £3.00 per load
