Home in Gulfport

All furniture in the home is antique. You will have private use of bedroom with queen bed, bathroom with shower/tub, kitchen and livingroom. Home has wifi but is otherwise electronics free. In town with a very out of town feel. This is a 1920s home and not wheelchair friendly. Neighbors have chickens. Only 2 miles from the main downtown Gulfport where you find many restaurants, shops, art and live music, also only 10 minute drive to downtown St. Petersburg & a few blocks to Pinellas bike trail. The space This is a get away from the bustle of life kind of vacation house all while still being a very short drive to the variety of fun things to do around town. Weather you like to go out for drinks and live music or enjoy art galleries or the beach it is all within about a 10 minute drive. While at the home you feel miles away from town with the sweet cheeps from the chickens next door you feel like you are in the country side. The home has wifi for your personal devices otherwise the home is electronics free so you can escape the non stop ping notifications of life if you wish to. Kitchen includes: oven, stove top, pots & pans, unique dishes, glasses, silverware, soap, blender, toaster, refrigerator. Bathroom: shower/tub combo, toilet paper, towels and hair, body and hand soaps provided. Decor/Style: Antique, funky, artsy, casual. Guest access Full personal access to - bedroom, living area, kitchen, bathroom and off street parking in front of house. Owner lives in rear of property but will not be sharing the above mentioned areas. Other things to note Please note there are stairs (4) to get into the front door. We do not allow smoking in side the home.
