Come and relax on our property, the Gîte du Mas de l’Ourse in Hyères, a spacious 70-m² (750-sq-ft) single-story house on the garden level, with two furnished terraces, on a wooded plot. 10 min from the beaches, city center and port. Close to all amenities, bakery, supermarkets, restaurants The house has 2 large air-conditioned bedrooms. (on advice from air conditioning professionals, only these rooms are air-conditioned) There is a sofa bed in the living room. The space Single-storey cottage, on the garden level. Consisting of a kitchen open to the large living room with a spacious table and sofa bed. You will enter this space through a bright veranda overlooking the grounds. The kitchen is fully and extensively equipped for 6 people (dishwasher, large refrigerator freezer, oven, microwave,...) For coffee, the property has a traditional filter coffee maker, as well as a Tassimo machine. The 2 large air-conditioned bedrooms are equipped with a 160 cm bed and large built-in closets. Bonus: the beds will be prepared for your arrival. A washing machine is located in the bathroom. The toilet is self-catering. The cottage has 2 shaded terraces, equipped with table/chairs and garden furniture, where you can take a nap in the shade of the trees in a hammock provided. You will have a plot of land specifically dedicated to you. Enclosed on all sides, this property is surrounded by a wooden fence and a wire fence in the hedge. We guarantee you privacy and tranquility. Outside this private space is a large above-ground swimming pool to share. Guest access The property benefits from a large gated car park that can accommodate many cars safely. 2 spaces are specifically reserved for you along the cottage. The beaches and the city center of Hyères are a 10-minute drive away. On the delight side, a greengrocer with local products a 2-min walk away as well as a wine producer. A bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, and supermarket are in the immediate vicinity, reachable in 3 minutes by car. You will also be a 3-minute drive from the Intermarché shopping center, which includes a mall, as well as the Grand Frais store.
