Clean Modern Studio @ Positano Azure Urban Resort

Azure Urban Resort is your secret city hideaway located on Km 16 West Service Road, Bicutan (opposite SM shopping center). Our place is a one bedroom condo unit in Positano Tower. Purchased recently to provide a so called "staycation" for our family, we are welcoming friendly guests who wants to have an Azure experience. The space It is a 30 square meter apartment equipped with the following amenities: Wifi 2 seater sofa Coffee table TV DVD player Speakers Dining table with 2 chairs Closet Twin bed w/ fresh covers and pillows Air conditioning unit Refridgerator Microwave oven Basic dining utensils Guest access Access to the beach wave pool and children's pool is from 7AM to 7PM Tuesday to Sunday. Azure administration charges 20.00 Php per person for the wrist tag. The beach and pools are closed on Mondays for cleaning. Amenities building (gym/theatre) and lap pool is not accessible as it's reserved for long-term residents only. Parking fee is 50.00 Php for the first 3 hours, 10.00 php for the succeeding hour. This is payable directly to the Azure security in charge. Other things to note -No overcrowding (4 guests maximum) -Observed noise level -Maintain cleanliness and tidiness -No pets allowed -No laundry -No drying of clothes on the balcony
