Entire ground floor apartment with independent entrance and terrace, located in the middle of a large property where it is good to live in the company of horses. The accommodation consists of an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, one without a window and the other overlooking the stables without doors separating them, a shower room and a living room with a bay window that opens onto a terrace overlooking the pool and wooded park. The space The apartment is on the ground floor, it is very quiet and there is no one opposite. We live above the apartment. The accommodation is located at the exit of the highway, is located 10 min from Dole and 5 min from a shopping area. We do animal therapy by welcoming autistic children, so there are no doors between the rooms so that these children do not feel trapped. You may have the opportunity to see an animal therapy session. You can also benefit from an animal relationship session lasting an hour or half an hour to be booked in advance. We don't offer horseback riding or walking. The pool is to be shared with us.
