This is a newly remodeled property. I do own other properties in the same area. Check out my other property if this one doesn’t suit your needs or isn’t available. Great Location, one minute away from Causeway!!!!!! Home has a nice large patio area and everything needed to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. You will be able to access all areas of the home, community swimming pool, community hot tub, miniature golf, 18 hole par 3 golf course, pool tables, tennis, basketball courts, shuffle board, small library, recreation center, seasonal grill, and community washer/dryer. There is also a community restroom and shower if needed. You honestly do not even need to leave LIV but if you do, South Padre Island is just around the corner. There is an $90 guest fee that needs to be paid to the office. This guest fee covers fees for your parking pass and bracelets to use the amenities. Before check in I will send you information needed for check in. I will also provide you with a code to unlock the lock box at the property that holds the keys. I will most likely not meet you in person, but you can contact me through phone call, text message, on Airbnb. I am always available should you need anything. Contact me at anytime! The fee is charged to pay for your parking permit and access to amenities.
