The space Our house is in Saint Gély du Fesc, a village ideally located in the hinterland of Montpellier. You will appreciate the calm, the proximity of the garrigue, Montpellier (8 km) and the center of the village (5 min walk). Features of our house: - Upstairs house with secure staircase for young children. Air-conditioned. With Wi-Fi. - Ground floor: living room, open and equipped kitchen, toilet, small fenced garden with 2 terraces, garden tables, BBQ and vegetable garden. - Floor: 3 bedrooms including 1 with double bed 160 x 200 cm, 2 with bunk beds 90 x 200 (for maximum 75 kg), 3 with double futon bed 140 x 190, possibility of also having 1 child bed up to 5 years 70 x 140 with bars or not, bathroom, toilet - 1 mezzanine bedroom with double bed of 140 x 190 (non-air-conditioned part, with fan) Guest access Tenants have access to the areas described in the listing. Note: for stays of less than one week, the cupboards will not be completely emptied, but available spaces will be provided for tenants. Private areas are not available to tenants. Thank you for respecting this! The garage-office is not accessible to tenants except when needed to access the electrical panel or water heater. Other things to note Sheets are provided but towels are not. Towels are available on request with a contribution to maintenance costs (€20 for all guests). Wood for the wood burning stove is the responsibility of the tenants.
