We are a family of 4 with two small children. We live in Istanbul. This house is our summer house in Bodrum district. Yalikavak area, 1 km from the marina, is a site with 14 villas. Our neighbors are British citizens. We use it ourselves every year in July and August. Instead, we will rent it out in months. All necessary items for daily use at home are available. The space In Bodrum, swimming is possible from April to the end of October. The pool in front of our house is available for use between 08:00 and 19:00.
