Base Camp Afers

Ground floor flat in a semi-detached house where the morning sun greets you with a mountain view of Geisler and Peitlerkofel. Our accommodation is up to four people or four plus a baby, we have a crib for families, which like to travel even with the little ones. The flat is in minimalist style, painted white with bright lights and all the essentials for active holiday in the mountains. Please request for the tall chair if needed, as it is not permanently at the apartment. The space Our house is 2 minutes drive from the ski lift which becomes mountain bike lift in summer season. It is simple, but cozy and perfect for those who come here to enjoy the mountains and not just to stay inside. There is no TV, just look outside it is gorgeous especially during sunsets. There is no supermarket in our town, be warned and do your food shopping beforehand. If in need we can buy groceries for you, but the shopping list has to be given in advance. Guest access You will be staying in a separate flat with bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, and a hallway. If in need to use a washing machine please ask us. We use he same washing machine, so please don’t leave your laundry inside. Our garden is shared, but we try to avoid going down when our guests are staying. Only for watering the plants. We have a BBQ and the pile of wood which is for that purpose mostly. Feel free to use it, but please keep it clean. Our neighbours are allowed to walk through our garden to get to the bus stop, church, etc. Guests are free to use herbs, salad, and anything what grows in the garden, but leave some for us too. Other things to note If needed we can provide mountain bike tools.
