Cozy 1800 sq ft Normaltown house on corner lot with lots of indoor and outdoor space to entertain. Close to UGA stadium and Downtown but not too close (safe and quiet neighborhood). Plenty of attractions within walking distance (10 minute walk) to coffee shops, bars, restaurants, Bishop park, UGA medical campus with green space. From both porches you can expect to hear birds chirping outside and and enjoy the mature trees that line the property. The space We are renting out the house we live in so many closets will be locked. We are happy to help accommodate any requests for additional air mattresses to help with housing all guests. Twin loft beds are suitable for individuals 140 lbs and under. Thick Twin air mattress under each loft bed. Other things to note There is enough parking on property for 4 cars (5 small). There is also street parking available.
