The space It is a beautiful and quiet coastal neighborhood with charm, it has a great gastronomic offer near the house. In the same neighborhood, you can enjoy a swim in the newly recovered Playa Las Aguas, just a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. You can take a relaxing and pleasant walk on the beach avenue and sit and watch the beautiful sunsets that the area offers. If you fancy a nice and easy walk, you can follow a path that borders the entire coast and goes from the neighborhood beach to the town of La Rambla (suitable and advisable for the whole family). About 50 meters away, there is a minimarket and 10 minutes by car, in the village of San Juan de la Rambla (you can also walk) is El Charco Las Lajas, which is a natural pool where you can enjoy the good weather and tranquility of the area. The large private terrace on the second floor has a large chaise lounge sofa to relax and enjoy the scenery that the area offers. You have 2 hammocks with an umbrella to rest and a table with 4 chairs that you can use to eat outdoors while enjoying lovely views. In addition, a portable barbecue, kitchen utensils, sink and washing machine are available. We have also installed a shower, so our guests can cool off on those hot days. The terrace is ideal for spending a few pleasant days enjoying the good weather in the area, sunbathing, relaxing comfortably in the hammocks/sofa and enjoying the ocean and mountain views offered by the space. For your convenience, we have enabled a reserved parking space on the street (in front of the building), exclusively for our guests. If you need a space to work, we have set up a room with a work table and chairs for your use and you can connect to the WiFi Network with 600 megabytes of upload and download. The terrace allows access and transit to the tenant of the ground floor apartment, who can hang their clothes in their reserved space. The parking lot is located in front of the house building and is marked with the identification number of Vv el Volcán (see the photos of the parking lot in our ad). Guests will need to leave the parking permit in a visible place inside their car (on the dashboard) so that the police do not fine them.
