The space "Voreas" house is among one of four independent residences next to each other that share a 5mX10m pool It can be rented separately or together with "Zephyros" house also listed as separate, for larger parties. This three storey house, with independent entrance, offers sweeping views of the forest and garden ith a total floor space of 80 m2, the ground floor features a sitting table that seats 6 by the fireplace, an open plarn fully equipped kitchen (small refrigerator) and the bathroom (shower) The carefully designed interior, tastefully decorated with authentic furnishings and antique items, exudes traditional charm and character. On the upper level is the loft (no door) bedroom (double bed 1,35mx1,95m) windows with views and a ceiling fan On the lower level there is a second bedroom with double bed (1,35x1,90m) en suite bathroom (bath tub) shares the same space with 1 single bed (80x2m) ideal for 1 child. The space also has direct access to the garden. It's magnificent spacious outdoors (70m2), features a BBQ, a round wooden table for eating and 2 outdoor lounge chairs where guests can take in the amazing views and enjoy the garden to its fullest throughout all seasons. The scenery is surrounded by nature. Linden, cherry, walnut, chestnut and laurel trees whilst ivy flourishes in abundance. In addition, the pool area consists of 2 day beds, 3 build beds, 1 swinging chair and a few smaller tables around with director's chairs, all share Aegean sea views.
