Villa Marija

Completely newly built house with all the modern amenities: 2 bedrooms (one with king size bed, one with queen size bed) and 2 bathrooms, floor heating, 65" oled tv, fully equipped kitchen, designer furniture, non heated outdoor pool and more. The apartment available is on second floor, with one entrance for both floors. Ground floor is lived in and will be occupied while you are visiting. The space My apartment is just the best. And if you book it you will see it for yourself :-) Guest access You can use the entire upper floor space: kitchen and living space, two private balconies, two bathrooms, two bedrooms. Swimming pool is shared among all the members of the household and their friends. If you stay for one week or longer, 1 load of laundry is included and the subsequent ones come at a small cost depending on the amount. Other things to note The apartment is above ground floor where my family lives. There is only one entrance but immediately upon entry the stairs to the upper floor are found on left hand side. The swimming pool (non-heated, hence only in use in summer) is shared with all the people in the house and their or your friends. :-)
