The family friendly home offers comfortable stylish living space with 2 large double bedrooms (one with sea view) and a safe private garden. A unique find! The space 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed and one with a king size bed that can be split into 2 comfy single beds and a beautiful sea view across neighbouring properties to the Atlantic Ocean. There is an extra sofa bed in the lounge too! Private gardens offering a choice of grass, patio and a cozy courtyard for evening drinks, parking for 2 cars, dining table, kitchen appliances, utensils and cutlery etc. Duvets, pillows, linen and towels are all provided but please bring your own towels for the beach. Costal walks/surfing/windsurfing from the door (approx 1 minute walk to the sand!) Private parking space for 2 vehicles with additional parking options close by. Perfect location for people wanting to explore what Cornwall has to offer! Guest access There is a local shop just up the road from the house, with larger supermarkets a short drive away.
