We invite you to enjoy our apartment located on the 22nd floor of the Marenas Resort, with private access to the beach and the best amenities. We offer an apartment with a full kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, a modern living room, a bright room, a bathroom with a bathtub with a shower and a beautiful balcony with the best view of Sunny Isles beach. RESORT FEES: $49.55 x NIGHT PAYABLE AT FRONT DESK, includes: Beach service, wifi, gym. Valet parking: $35 per night. We look forward to seeing you! The space Our unit has a full kitchen (dishes, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer). Sleeping arrangements: Master bedroom: Suite with king-size bed Living room: Sofa bed that when opened is the size of a queen size bed. Full bathroom with a tub and a shower. Extras: We have a safe. Accommodation system: We operate independently; the reservation only includes final cleaning. If you want additional cleaning, we'll put you in touch with the housekeeping staff (extra charge). Guest access The hotel has a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, beach with bar service, towels, sun loungers and parasols. To check in, you must be 21 or older. Other things to note Important information about charges (Check-in) As it is a private unit within an apart-hotel system, there are certain mandatory charges that the hotel charges directly at the reception upon your arrival: • Resort + Administration Fee: $49.55 per night per room. This payment is required and gives you access to beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, and use of the pool. • Valet Parking: If you come by car, the cost is $35 per night. Additional details for your stay: • Age requirement: The hotel requires that the person checking in be at least 21 years of age. • Security deposit: Upon check-in, you will be asked for a credit card for a temporary hold for extra consumption (automatically released around 2 days after check-out). • Supplies and cleaning: We leave you a courtesy set for your arrival. Please note that there is no daily replenishment or housekeeping service during the stay. • Cleaning during stay: you can request it 24 hours in advance (extra cost to be paid to housekeeping staff). • Neighboring construction: There has been construction on the lot next door since the end of 2023. Although the noise is during working hours and we have not had any major complaints, we prefer to let you know so that you can take it into account.
