Gina's Apartment is just 15 minutes from Venice, really close to the train station and the bus stop to/from Venice airport and Treviso. The space The apartment, completely renovated, is tastefully decorated and comfortable, equipped with every comfort. I'm an artist so the apartment is personalized with various of my artworks! The studio It's located at the third floor (with the elevator!). In the living area there's the dining table and a double sofa-bed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking and with a breakfast & dining area. The bathroom features a large shower and bidet. The bedroom has a comfy double size, large wardrobe and chest of drawers. The terrace is equipped with table and chairs to have some relax. The apartment is provided with wifi, air conditioning and heating. Guest access You'll have the whole apartment at your disposal! Other things to note The apartment is located in the heart of Mestre. The bus stop for Venice is only a couple of minutes from the studio. The train station is reachable by walk or by bus in few minutes. Check-in can be done after 2:00 pm and check-out by 10:00 am. The tourist tax not included, are 4,00 € per person per day for a maximum of 5 days. If you're in 2 persons and prefer to have both beds, there's an extra fee of 10 € per day.
