However you still have the entire place using bathroom and kitchen. If you want to use both of the rooms you need to make reservation for 4 people or more. The location is calm as it is situated inside a patio and the noise of the busy central boulevard cannot reach it. The metro station and tram stations are 500 minutes away. You are more than welcomed to use the private yard where you can have a coffee or make barbecue. A few minutes walk to metro station "Opalchenska", historical spots, FREE Guide tours, big shopping center "Mall of Sofia" and plenty of nice restaurants and bars. You can easily reach the place by using metro from the Airport to "Opalchenska" metro station, it takes around 25 minutes. You can have your clothes washed and dried after additional request and charge. Guest access - The price for the property is for 6 people. - The guests have acces to a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms. - The kitchen has an oven imported from Indonesia, microwave, fridge, coffee and tea set, tableware. There are coffee, tea and spices for cooking. - The bedrooms - the first bedroom is with one double bed and with one sofa bed, the other bedroom is with 2 single beds that can be separated if needed and one sofa bed. - Private yard. - Smart TV. - Drawers for clothes. - You can have your clothes washed and dried after additional request and charge. Other things to note You will find clean sheets, towels, shampoos so you can pack light if needed.
Also, we do accept late night check-ins at no additional charge. You may check-in anytime after 3 pm. The check-out time is 12pm.
There is a green zone in front of the house and the area, where an SMS ticket costs 1BGN for 1 hour stay during week days, Saturday and Sunday it is for free. There are 3 houses in the yard we have and two of them are ours. The yard is used only by us. There are tree cameras placed in the common areas of the yard, due to the last year robbery that happened to ours neighbors. We have mutual agreement with our neighbors for that. The cameras are aimed at the entrance doors and fences of the property and in no way affect the area inside the houses. One captures the front door of a neighbor who owns a house. The second backyard, the third entrance door of a service room that guests cannot access.
