Alone or two, you will enjoy the calm of the condominium and a very good location at the foot of the Montmartre hill, between Pigalle and Boulevard Haussmann. The space The apartment overlooks an inner courtyard, so you will be quiet in a lively area. All the comforts are provided for you to have a good stay: 32 m² equipped with a full kitchen with enough to take a break with tea and coffee, a small living room with TV and wifi, a double bedroom equipped with storage (bed linen is provided), a small bathroom with the necessary amenities (bath towels, shampoos...). Please note, due to their small size, access to the shower room and bathroom are quite narrow. Guest access The apartment is located on Rue Notre-Dame de Lorette next to Place Saint-Georges. From the Saint-Lazare station you will access it in 6 min with the metro line 12; from the Gare du Nord in 10 min by bus (#43 or 26); from the Gare de l 'Est in 10 min with the metro line 7; from the Gare de Lyon in 20 min with the metro lines 14 and 7. Access is then via a small inner courtyard. In the absence of an elevator, you will need to take the stairs to the 4th floor of a 6-story building.
