Our house is a large and old building of the late nineteenth century, located in the old part of Amposta, a stone's throw from the town hall, the church, the main square and the market. The house is located in a pedestrian area, very quiet, although car traffic is accepted for loading and unloading. At 200m you will find a free parking area, right next to the river Ebre, from where the greenway to the Delta begins, ideal for cycling routes. The space The building has a shared main entrance. The apartment consists of two floors separated from the rest of the house. It is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your own food, sleep comfortably and relax in a cozy living room, ideal for reading, playing board games, puzzles, and toys for the little ones. We also have a good selection of books with a shelf reserved for book exchange! Bicycle storage, windsurf boards and / or similar equipment are available. Guest access The main entrance of the house from the street and the first flight of stairs is shared. Other things to note Take into account: Bells chime from 7am until 11 pm.
