If you like the calm and the singing of birds, pretty walks in the countryside with views of the Pyrenees, typical villages and local markets, don't hesitate! You will also be enchanted by the large swimming pool (4x11) and its view of the Pyrenees! The space The place is fully reserved for you. The cottage, renovated with respect for the environment, is part of an eco-responsible tourism approach. The cottage is on 3 levels. On the ground floor, you will find: - a 27 m2 living room with lounge, dining room and open and equipped kitchen - a laundry room with toilet and washing machine - access to the terrace for outdoor dining On the 1st floor: - a large bright bedroom with a 160 bed and a desk - a bathroom On the 2nd via a staircase (a little steep) - attic bedroom with 2 beds of 90 - a heater that can be converted into a floor mattress for children While being secure, the pool is open 24 hours a day from mid-May to mid-October, it is to be shared with another vacation rental. Baby equipment available: baby bed, highchair, potty, bathtub. The vacation rental has been renovated with respect for the environment, and is part of an eco-responsible tourism approach, hence a dedicated Green Up 3 kw charging station in the parking lot (7 spaces). Souleilla de la Nine cottages are your Ecofriendly holiday destination! Guest access You will enjoy the gite, which is entirely reserved for you as well as part of the garden. During your stay you have access to the private garden of the vacation rental and the entire area reserved for the 2 vacation rentals, and the shared swimming pool. Other things to note We are in a quiet countryside, but we are not alone. Everyone has a well-defined space, however we must respect quiet times, especially in the evening after 11 p.m. People outside the reservation are not allowed (due to insurance and parking spaces, we are not an ERP) unless prior written agreement! Important: Included in the service: - Sheets (beds made) - Heating (October to April) - Cleaning kit (sponge - dish towels - dishwashing liquid - dishwasher tablets - hand soap) - Cleaning - Bathroom mats, 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet. - Internet Not included in the service: - Toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, etc.) - Towels (optional) - Laundry (Eco label required) - Extra nights - Additional people - Electric vehicle charging (charging station available as an option) - Early check-in or late check-out optional and subject to availability The pool is open from May until end of September. It is to be shared. During this period it may be closed from time to time for treatments, technical or climatic reasons. In case of favorable weather, the opening period may be brought forward and the wintering postponed.
