We are usually out before 7 in the morning and come late in the evening. However, our schedule changes all the time. There is small desk and a chair. We try to make the guest to feel at home as much as possible. . The space No breakfast, BUT if we are home and having breakfast, then the guest is welcome to join us. No dinner, BUT If we come home early enough and have the possibility to make dinner and the guest is available or we had a previous agreement , then we can eat together at no extra charge. We do not smoke, drink or allow pets in the house. We are very much open to different culture and we definitely welcome people with good clean humor. we love to socialize and try to make our guest feel at home. We try to be as quiet as possible when we leave the house. We expect the guest to be as quiet as possible when entering the house very late at night and also use the door handle on the doors to close the doors rather than banging them shut. House is equipped with fire/smoke and other alarms. Unfortunately our home is not suitable for folks with physical disability. If guest(s) are coming home late at night, we would appreciate to inform us due to set home security alarms. We have noticed some guest (from other cultures) are very much concerned about their safety late at night. We live is a safe environment, but one has to be careful regardless. The rental fee is set and also the cleaning fee is set, however, if the stay is longer than a week, then the cleaning fee will apply for each week. Also, for a long term rental, a rental agreement has to be signed. Guest access Their own bedroom. Living, dining room and kitchen if they wish. We have no restriction if the gust likes to mingle and socialize with us. During your stay Guests can call us during the day, if needed. They can reach us by phone and text messages. Other things to note Before you book a reservation, please read carefully and comply. Due to many recent spams and also safety for each partner, here are our conditions: * In your request, provide full name, age, country of origin, full permanent residential address. We will need other information when we meet. * Purpose of your trip. If work related, then company's name and a reference. * If non Norwegian student study in Norway, then provide full name, age, country of origin, full permanent residential address both from country of origin and Norway, reference information preferably from a professor. * If a Norwegian student, then provide full name, age, full permanent residential address from your hometown.
