Quiet room at a local's home

The house is located in Pré-Saint-Gervais in a small condominium, away from the noise of the street, on a street bordering Paris and Pantin. The space Warm living atmosphere, parquet floor, skylight and many green plants. Access to the house is through the living room open to the kitchen. Your room is located on the same level next to the bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bed sheets, bath towels are provided if needed. My partner and I occupy the upstairs bedroom. You can use the common areas within reasonable limits, we work during the day and appreciate the calm from 10 p.m. During your stay As a general rule, we work and are available to welcome you outside office hours. Arrangements may be possible, to be seen on a case-by-case basis.
