Ground level apartment in Historic Holston Hills. 700 sq. Ft. Suite with lg.living room and full kitchen. Large bedroom with king bed and new hybrid mattress. We use Pottery Barn bed/ bath linens. We offer a modern updated bathroom. Separate private driveway and keypad entry. Beautiful views and great walking neighborhood. Our suite is stocked with upscale hotel quality bed and bath linens and toiletries! We provide locally roasted coffee. Our goal is to provide a boutique hotel experience! The space You will have a private driveway with turnaround that offers parking very close to the door. There are no steps at the entrance. Great walking neighborhood especially during Dogwood season! We are located 4.5 miles from Knoxville downtown and Neyland Stadium/Food City Center/new Baseball stadium, offering easy commute to our many downtown festivals and UT sporting events! Our house is also 13 miles from the main interstate exit that leads to Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. Buc-ee’s just opened one of their largest stores in U.S. at this exit. Guest access Use of entire apartment with the exception of 2 closets (1 in hallway and 1 in living room) Other things to note We live above the apartment so you may hear foot steps. The thermostat is located upstairs and we are happy to adjust the temperature to your liking. We also provide Dyson heat/cool units to adjust temps in living/bedroom to guest comfort level. There is a private outdoor sitting area to enjoy your morning coffee or evening wind down glass of wine.Speaking of coffee, it is very important to us during our travels. With this in mind we provide a pod unit and pods from local coffee roasters ! You will find our kitchen to be fully stocked with baking/dining utensils for your use while with us.
