Visitors are not permitted inside the premises of non-residents. No bachelor parties,parties, family celebrations or similar events No pets are allowed in the entire premises. It is not allowed to introduce bulky objects (bicycles,sleds,canoes,etc.) inside the apartment, they can be left on the porch of the apartment. The maximum capacity of the apartment is 2 adults The apartment is delivered clean and with the bed made, in addition, a change of towels and sheets will be delivered every 4 nights.
