Annexe with stunning views over the River Severn

Property is an annexe attached to our main home, a Victorian Gothic vicarage, which is set in 6 acres of land overlooking the Severn Estuary. The Annexe conists of a studio room with a double bed, a sofa bed and ensuite bathroom. There is a 'kitchen' area with microwave, kettle, toaster, sink and small fridge but please note there is no oven or hob. A barbecue can be provided on request. Please note - this is a studio room and only suitable for a maximum of two adults and one child. The space There is plenty of outside space and guests are welcome to use most it including facilities such as a fire pit, badminton net and other outdoor games. There is also a small area just for guest use with a pub style bench. Other things to note The Annexe has original flagstone flooring which looks great but can be cold underfoot so we'd recommend bringing slippers or some thick socks. We can also provide storage for bikes and the like but please check with us when booking.
