Brave Seaside Cottage is a Cape Cod style cottage w/ quaint nautical theme rooms. We boast our perfect downtown location in the heart of Warren's Historic Waterfront district, home to many of the areas best restaurants. House consists of dining, kitchen, living room, bathroom, two bedrooms, study, backyard patio, and fenced in yard. Brave Seaside Cottage is a cozy get away. The house breaths history with not a square door in the place. The décor is calming and genuine. Furniture is comfortable and fits the nautical theme. The bathroom is fully stocked with all the necessities. Master bedroom is spacious with a king size bed, TV, pillow top mattress, down pillows, and room to spread out. The second bedroom upstairs has a full bed with memory foam topper. There is a futon (sleeps 1) in the study down stairs. All linens, towels, & toiletries are provided. Home includes kitchen with cooking abilities, bathroom, dining room, and living room with large HDTV. Apple TV including Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Sling TV, HboMax, and various channel apps. Off-street parking in our shell driveway fits 2-3 cars. There is also plentiful on street parking. Back Patio and A/C are seasonal (Memorial Day - Labor Day). this is my primary residence for myself and two dogs. I rent it out occasionally during the season. While renting, you will have the entire house to yourself. I’m always available through text or call to help with any question you may have. The Warren Historic Waterfront is home to the East Bays finest waterfront dining, bars and town beach. There is also the rail-trail that one can ride down to Bristol or all the up to Providence by bike! We are only a 5 minute drive to Bristol. 20 minutes to Providence 35 Minutes to Newport 45 Minutes to Narragansett Close to Block Island, Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, and Newport Ferries. RIPTA is used by the locals to get from town to town and is only about $2 to use. The closest stop is at the opposite end of Washington Street (at the corner of Main Street). Base price is for 2 guests. Each addition guest is $40 per guest per night.
