The space At Casa Tinamar you will find peace, tranquility to rest and be in harmony with nature and with the impressive views of the mountains and the sea, you can also enjoy a swim in the pool and solarium accompanied by a good glass of wine. The property is located in the center of the island, so it is a strategic point of access to any area of Gran Canaria. Guest access The services offered by Tinamar are for the exclusive use of customers, they are not shared. Other things to note Check-in time is after 4:00 pm and check-out time is before 11:00 am. However, as long as the availability of the accommodation allows us, we will try to be flexible with our customers. The meeting point with the owner, on the day of arrival, will be at the Repsol gas station, in Vega de San Mateo. Once you have reached the meeting point, please send us a text message or WhatsApp (we only respond via messages) letting us know that you are there and we will pick you up to accompany you to the house to proceed with the check-in and key reception. For the greater safety of the guests and the accommodation itself, we have security cameras at the main entrance and parking area. Also, in winter, a temperature is guaranteed by central heating between 19 and 21 degrees (if the customer wants more degrees than indicated, it will imply an additional cost). Our greatest desire is to provide a safe and quiet space to our esteemed customers, so in case of evidence of vandalism, scandals, well-founded complaints from users staying in other rural houses or reckless use of the house and its belongings, the owners reserve the right to terminate the rental contract at any time, and customers must leave the property immediately without the possibility of a refund. The same will happen if there are more people on the property than those actually contracted.
