The Domaine des Ormeaux welcomes you to an authentic setting, with 4 cottages and 1 guest room converted from old farm buildings around a courtyard. Our wish: to offer a haven of peace and quiet. To preserve this spirit, the place is reserved for adults (+16) and is not suited for festive stays and/or group gatherings. A family home since the 17th century, the Domaine carries on its values: conviviality, respect for privacy, tolerance, and traditions. The space Welcome to Adèle, a refuge full of character and serenity! This 60m² cottage, designed for one or two adults, is an ideal place to recharge your batteries. After taking the stone staircase of the Passage, guests discover a cozy and warm space, marked by the soul of Adèle. The vibrant red of the kitchen and the personalized screen recall her fiery temperament. The view from the cottage opens onto the Allée des Ormeaux and the park, offering beautiful perspectives. Through a clearing in the vegetation, the morning light illuminates the landscape or is adorned with a mystical mist. This enchanting panorama is ideal for lovers who wish to enjoy this unique serenity. Adèle's terrace, suspended above the interior courtyard, invites you to enjoy a book or a meal while contemplating the brightness of the sunset. In order for each guest to feel completely at ease, the Domaine has chosen not to receive groups. This helps to preserve an intimate atmosphere and avoids any feeling of exclusion, ensuring everyone has a harmonious and serene stay. We will be happy to welcome you with your pet (dog or cat) if it respects a certain number of rules specified in "other information". The information below only concerns the long-term rental conditions of the Adèle gîte (November - April) From November to the beginning of April, the Adèle gîte is offered exclusively for long-term rental, with a minimum stay of 21 days. A specific rate is applied during this period. Electricity consumption: Electricity is not included in the rate. A meter reading is taken upon arrival and departure of guests. Payment for electricity consumption is made at the end of each month, and the balance is to be paid upon departure of guests. The rate is €0.25 per kWh consumed. Linen and accommodation maintenance A change of household linen and towels is planned every 15 days, as well as a mandatory mid-stay cleaning and a final cleaning. Guest access Here is the information on the shared spaces available within the Domaine: Swimming pool: A saltwater swimming pool, heated and open from June 15 to September 15. Spa: A jacuzzi and infrared sauna area, accessible at no extra cost. Open from 2:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. with use limited to 45 minutes per accommodation and per day. Accessible from April to November. Massage: It is possible to book massage sessions with professionals (additional service, by reservation, massages to be paid directly to the providers). Park and orchard: The estate has a 1.5 hectare park with relaxation areas and an orchard near the swimming pool where naturism is permitted. Parking: Each gîte has an unsupervised covered parking space, accessible from the outdoor courtyard. Laundry room: washing machine and dryer available, use subject to charge. Note: The Domaine is reserved for adults over 16 years old. These spaces are designed to guarantee comfort and tranquility to all guests. Other things to note Other things to note Included in your stay: For your comfort, bed linen, towels, and departure cleaning are included in your stay. Please note: Spa towels are provided only during the spa’s opening season (April to October). Seasonal Breakfast: From April to October, we offer an "à la carte" breakfast (€17 per person, per day) served in our communal dining area. It includes hot drinks, fruit juices, fresh fruit salad, bread, pastries of your choice, butter, homemade jams, dairy products, and eggs (upon request). Please book at least 24 hours in advance or mention it during your reservation. This service is not available from November to March. Wellness & Treatments: Spa Access: Available from April to October (closed from November to March). Massages & Beauty Treatments: Available year-round. We offer professional massages and beauty treatments upon reservation (additional fees apply, payable directly to the therapist). Quiet & Serenity: To ensure a peaceful atmosphere, the Domaine exclusively welcomes guests aged 16 and over.
