The attic (25m2) has wooden beams, ceiling, and floor. The load-bearing beams that support the roof are preserved. A glass curtain wall from where you can see the living room area and the library's interior balcony. A large relaxation area with sofa, TV projector, DTT, DVD, Music and views of the castle and Turia meadows. The warmest space in the whole house. Extra bed can be added (see photo gallery) The double room on floor -1 (25m2) is suite type, it has a bathroom inside. It retains the exposed stone wall of the original house, as well as the uneven beams and vaults. The ceiling contrasts with the current polished concrete floor. It has a built-in closet, magnificent views of the Turia gorges and the "Peña Mosén". An extra bed can be added. (See photo gallery) LIVING ROOM-KITCHEN The property is accessed through the double-leaf gate and split door, originally from the house that opens onto a spacious living room. It has a sloping wooden ceiling, a fireplace that generates a magnificent climate in winter, both on the ground floor and on the 1st floor, thanks to the double height of the living room. Views of the Turia gorges and river. The house's original stone wall is preserved. It has a library area on its interior balcony (see photo gallery) The kitchen also offers great views. It is decorated with a wooden ceiling and beams, equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and small appliances, mixer, blender.
