Charming, quiet rooms - Cathedral / Train station

Close to the train station (8 min walk), the Jardin des Plantes (5 min), the Nantes Museum of Arts (5 min) or the Cathedral (5 min), this charming old apartment is the perfect base for visiting or living in Nantes for 1 week or 1 month. Located on one of the most lively and pleasant streets in Nantes, it also allows you to relax in peace thanks to these 2 bedrooms overlooking a small garden. In short, all the advantages of the city with the calm of a garden! The space This is the perfect apartment for a couple or a couple with children (or a single person too, of course!) with two adjoining rooms and quiet thanks to the view of the inner courtyard garden. There is the adult bedroom with a large 2-seater bed and access to the bathroom and, therefore, adjacent to it the children's bedroom with a bunk bed for children/teenagers (2 mattresses 190 x 90) with the possibility of installing a baby bed (baby bed with small mattress). It's also the perfect apartment for exploring Nantes and its surroundings far and wide. Train station, Jardin des Plantes, Museum of Arts, Cathedral, banks of the Sèvre, everything is accessible in 5-8 minutes' walk. At the foot of the building you will find a station to rent a bicloo (bike rental by the day or more) or the bus stop (C1). You can even reach two tram stops (Lines 1 or 2) or busway in a 5-minute walk. The accommodation is for 5 people maximum: 2 adults, 2 children and 1 baby. The 2 bedrooms and bathroom are away from the rest of the apartment for a little more privacy. The kitchen is accessible and usable as well as its equipment (fridge, oven, stove, etc.). The kitchen, toilet and bathroom are shared spaces. Regarding the shared bathroom, as it is only accessible from the adult bedroom, I will arrange with you to have access to the shower so as not to disturb you and preserve your privacy, it is important to me. I provide linens and towels. Beds are prepared. Guest access You have access to the kitchen During your stay Check-in is available between 2pm and 8pm (or later on request) depending on the day of the week. Access to the apartment will preferably be in person so will require us to arrange a time. If I'm away, I'll arrange for you to have the keys in the neighborhood. I will be present in the apartment during your stay so available for any information or requests.
