The Old Dairy - self contained barn for 2

Once a milking shed - The Old Dairy - is tucked away down a private drive in an idyllic hamlet in rural Shropshire. The Old Dairy looks out onto Fitz Church which is one of the oldest brick built churches in Shropshire. We live next door at Dovecote Barn but even though The Old Dairy makes up a separate wing to our home, it is completely self-contained with its own entrance and key safe. The space Original oak trusses span the living space and the very comfortable 5 foot bed is accessed by an oak staircase from the living area - please note these stairs are fairly steep if you have mobility problems. Below is a shower room with hand-made tiles made by a local artisan potter. Underfloor heating and a wood burning stove mean the Old Dairy is both cosy and romantic and makes a perfect self- catered retreat for 2 people. Neo Espresso coffee machine with a supply of pods. Wood, kindling and firelighters will be supplied for the wood-burning stove. If staying for longer, additional baskets of wood are available for £10. Fast internet available. Guest access Large garden to the back of the property leads into a field, where you are welcome to walk a dog. Other things to note I also have 2 rooms in the main house where I do B&B so if your party is larger than 2 - there is flexibility for more people to stay if needed. The Old Dairy does not have a washing machine or an oven. If you need the use of either access is easily given as there is a door that leads directly into the utility room from the Old Dairy. If there is no parking available on the gravel drive directly in front of Dovecote Barn - please feel free to park on the front lawn as it has plastic matting under the lawn.
