Garden Oasis: Space & Comfort Steps to Hawthorne!

Exquisitely renovated daylight ground floor space, overflowing with charm and all the amenities of home. This jungle oasis has two bright and airy bedrooms, bathroom and laundry closet, spacious living room for gathering and an efficiency kitchen, perfect for storing and heating up your leftovers from meals out at some of the best food Portland has to offer. Hundreds of local shops and delicious eateries are just a few blocks from this ideal jumping off point for an incredible Portland getaway! The space The whole apartment is for guest use. The entrance foyer is shared with me and my family since my laundry is downstairs, in a separate room. Your apartment is fully self-contained, though, and the foyer is the only place you will share. Please be advised, if you are on the taller side, the ceilings in this unit are a bit low. They can be troublesome for folks 6’ and above. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire lower level of the home. The upper floors of the home are used by me and my family. Important: There is a laundry room on the lower level for where we do our laundry. We have access the outer entry area of the space to get into the laundry area only. We will never come into the apartment for any reason. The interior apartment door can be locked for added security. Other things to note *We offer a thoroughly clean, staged, and well stocked space for our guests. We pay our hardworking staff a fair, living wage so that they can take great pride in the work that they do for us, and feel motivated and appreciated. Thank you for helping us to maintain a beautiful space! *Rest easy, we clean and disinfect all high contact surfaces between guests to insure the safety of each group choosing to stay with us. *Family lives in the apartments above the rental. There is some noise transfer, mostly footsteps. *No guests are allowed, who are not on the reservation, without prior approval. If you have a family member or friend who wants to pop by, just let us know. :) *Please, no smoking anywhere on the property. The neighbors and the homeowners, both, are negatively affected by smoke.
