Gîte, surrounded by nature, at the Moulin d'Auzigue.

First rental (June 2021). I welcome you to my cottage, surrounded by nature, classified as furnished tourist accommodation, 1.3 km from the village of Cavillargues, at Moulin d'Auzigue. Approximately 60 m2, it is close to my farmhouse while being completely independent. Access via a private road with gate. Quiet, it's the perfect place to recharge your batteries. The cottage does not have a private pool but it is privately accessible at certain times. The space The house consists of 2 bedrooms (bedroom 1: a 160 bed; bedroom 2: two single beds convertible into a 160 bed); a living room (living room/kitchen), a bathroom, separate toilet and a dressing room. The house is detached and is located on the floor above the cellars where you can store your bikes if you wish. You will have a large private garden (over 1000 m2) and a large equipped terrace. Guests can park their vehicle under shelter for free on the property. Guests will have private access to the pool from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. This is the only cottage that exists on the property so you will be the only ones to enjoy the pool during these time slots. Guest access The cottage is a good starting point for walks or bike rides. By car, it is: 18 km from Uzès, city of art and history label and its famous market "Place aux Herbes"; 15 km from Saint Quentin la Poterie, village of arts and crafts and capital of ceramics; 19 km from La Roque sur Cèze, exceptional natural site; 17 km from Lussan and its famous ceramic guinea fowls; 44 km from Avignon and its festival; 54 km from Anduze and its famous pottery; 43 km from Nîmes and its arenas; Pont du Gard... Many wineries and oil mills are worth a visit (please let us know if you have any questions about this.) Leisure: Poney Club du Soleil in Vallerargues (pony or horseback riding in the garrigue); canoeing/kayaking and swimming in Collias (possibility to pass under the Pont du Gard); "La Bouscarasse" family water park; swimming in the many rivers... Not to mention, for children or foodies, the Haribo Museum in Uzès! ETC Other things to note The small river called "l'Auzigue" is located not far from the Gîte. You'll have the pleasure of hearing it!
