Swallow's Nest is a secluded self-contained 2 bedroom stable conversion in the grounds of Painswhin Farm, with its own garden and entrance. It has been newly renovated and offers luxury accommodation for up to four people with a shower room, stylish kitchen and dining area and use of a private heated outdoor pool and tennis court. Please note the pool is only open and heated from May to the end of September. The space Swallow's Nest offers a large and stylish king size bedroom and a fabulous twin room, which can be zip and linked to make another king size - ideal for 2 couples, or a family - with a large walk in shower room in between to share. There is a light and modern open plan kitchen dining area, combined with a seating and TV area, with French doors leading to the spectacular pool area. The whole cottage has underfloor heating and is so very cosy. There is ample outside seating space to enjoy the views over the garden. There is also a tennis court available for guests to use. Guest access Swallow's Nest is approached via a gravelled drive and there is private parking for two cars at the rear next to the private access for the cottage. From the kitchen there is access to the pool garden where there is also a open barn with comfy seating and an open fire. . The owners invite you to explore the garden and pick as many flowers as you like! Painswhin Farm is located only 5 mies from Fakenham and less than 20 minutes to the wonderful beaches on the Norfolk Coast. There are many first class local pubs in the area for eating out. Activities include coastal walks, golf, tennis and bird watching as well visits to nearby Houghton, Holkham and Sandringham. The cottage is the only holiday let property at Painswhin Farm. There are two seating areas designated for your own private use. The owners invite you to enjoy a morning walk around the garden, woodland area, kitchen garden and to sit at the end of the garden overlooking the fields. There is also a tennis court available to use. Other things to note We are located only 20 minutes from most of the popular beaches including Brancaster, Burnham Overy and Wells - and well located to explore all that Norfolk as to offer. We are only 10 minutes from Sandringham and the beautiful Houghton Hall. Further afield are Sheringham and Cromer, Morston and Blakeney. There are several fabulous pubs with a 5 mile radius. Please note the pool is only open from May to September inclusive, and is heated.
