A light-filled, cosy, premium and standalone apartment with its own entrance gate, with quality fittings and amenities situated on a little quiet, tree-lined side street. A truly tranquil home away from home (but unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets). The space This beautiful accommodation is positioned as a premium rental apartment, deliberately designed to be of at least comparable quality in terms of furnishings and fittings to the nearby Hotel Chadstone and the Punthill Apartment Hotel but made available to guests at a fraction of the cost and with much greater privacy and exclusivity. It is located in the backyard of our property with its own separate private entrance. The suite accommodates a maximum of 2 guests (aged over 12) with a Queen bed and a sofa bed. Guest access Guests have full and exclusive use of all the spaces within the apartment, including the kitchen and the laundry (with washing machine and dryer). Your car can be parked on the street right in front of the apartment. The suite is in the backyard of a private property but is accessed via a private separate entrance, and then up an 18-step staircase. Other things to note Children should be aged 12 and above.
