My little house is perfect for 2 people. It is located in the heart of the village, in a small quiet area. Its location between Ajaccio and Propriano will allow you to discover Southern Corsica, its villages, its hiking trails (IGN map at your disposal), its beaches and in the evening return to the quiet village with Corsican neighbors. You can relax, dine on the terrace, sleep in a cool, quiet room and leave the next day for new discoveries. Ideal location to go for a walk, discover Southern Corsica and its authentic villages, go on beautiful hikes, rest on unforgettable beaches and in the evening return to the quiet village with Corsican neighbors. Santa Maria Siché is nestled at an altitude of 500 m and 25 minutes from the sea. My village has preserved its authentic character through the ages. Its geographical position offers views of the surrounding countryside. All amenities are present: grocery stores, bakery, butcher, post office, doctor, pharmacy, gas station, bar, restaurants... I restored my little house with a lot of love and care in 2003. It is adjoining my "mom's" house. This is her secondary residence, which she occupies alone, periodically during the year. Her presence is in no way annoying, quite the contrary (she can give you some advice if necessary). Through a stone staircase, you can access the very pleasant terrace to have your meals, relax. From the terrace you enter the small main room with a kitchen area and a sitting area. By an internal staircase you go down to the cool and bright room with its 2 windows (1 bed 160 X 200 for your comfort) and to the bathroom toilet (Shower cabin, sink, toilet, window). For your convenience, the bed will be made. You will have towels and tea towels. When you leave, thank you in advance for undoing the bed, emptying the garbage cans, and leaving the premises clean. My little house is a family property, which I wanted to restore to give it a second life. With a Corsican mother and Continental father, I am a great lover of my island, my village, my roots.
