Our contemporary condo overlooks the Comal River and is walking distance from Downtown New Braunfels, Wurstfest and is steps from the exclusive private river front access on the Comal River. Perfect for family retreats, winter Texans and anyone looking for a great getaway in a comfortable newly renovated condo on the scenic Comal River. The space This is our little getaway for weekends in New Braunfels, floating the river and enjoying all the area has to offer all year. Guest access The complex has dedicated river front access for tubing and swimming. The resort style pool and hot tub is riverside. Other things to note The rules of the complex are strict. 1.Quiet Hours – 10 PM- 8 AM please observe these hours as quiet hours and keep any excessive noise in the unit and on the property to a minimum. 2.Parking- During peak season towing is strictly enforced and each unit is limited to two (2) parking passes that must be visible through the front window. 3.Wristbands- Wristbands are provided for each person staying in the condo, these must be worn at all times during your stay. Without these, security will deny access to the property and consider any persons without wristbands to be trespassing. 4.BBQ- There are grill provided throughout the property, these are used on a first come first serve basis, they cannot be reserved. Please leave them clean after use. 5.Pets- all pets must be on a leash and cleaned up after, by city ordinance. 6.Non-smoking- This unit does NOT allow smoking. Any evidence of smoking indoors will result in a $750 cleaning fee. Smoking is discouraged on the property, all rubbish must be disposed of properly. 7.Guests- during peak season the property is very full, as a result during these times outside guests are not allowed. Parking passes and wristbands are strictly enforced. Unit is subject to inspection of unit occupants at any time. If more guests than reflected in the reservation are present, tenants will be subject to immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rents and deposits. 8.NO COOKING allowed on the balconies of any kind. 9.Balconies- Do not use railing to hang anything, do not throw anything, including tubes to or from balcony. 10.No underage drinking is permitted. Air Conditioning The air conditioning unit is on a schedule that will run between 72 and 75 degrees. You can manually adjust it, but it is not recommended. Please keep windows and doors closed to maintain a comfortable temperature inside. DO NOT set the thermostat below 72 degrees. This will cause the unit to freeze up and will result in no air conditioning. The unit is remotely monitored, if it is set below 72 and freezes up it will require a maintenance call and the renter will be charged $500.
