Guest access Guests pay for Electric and Gas a per month fee of $250 is collected in advance, this is a minmun fee. Any overage will be due by guest within 3 days of notice. For stays of 6 months or less the total for all months must be paid as one lump sum prior to checkin.. Absolutely no pets staying and or visiting. If such should occur including smoking would constitute a breech and guest herby forfeits the full amount of security.
