The space The "Salvia" Room consists of a living room and bedroom complete with dresser, open closet and LCD TV, equipped bathroom with shower, hairdryer and courtesy set. WI-FI and heating system throughout the room Guest access The room is located on the second floor of a newly built Residence, with entrance from two of the main and central Ericine streets, next to the church of San Martino. The San Martino residence in a typical ericino style, characterized by the white stone walls, has an interior courtyard from which all our rooms and apartments have access. Other things to note After your booking, You will receive an email or message containing some Useful Tips and an online link to visit " (ONLINE RECEPTION)" generated by us exclusively for you, where you will kindly have to enter the requested and/or missing information for all guests present in the reservation, but also useful for booking our Extra Services in advance, such as Parking (Free); Luggage transport from the parking lot to the booked property; Early Check-in or Late Check-out. Regular check-in is from 3:30 p.m. For check-ins after the available time, please contact us personally. The Private Parking of the Residence San Martino is located 800 meters from the Accommodation (9 minutes walk uphill) and is Free! PLEASE NOTE! - We strongly recommend booking well in advance, our luggage/passenger transport service from the Residence's Private Parking to the Facility (€10 round trip). Highly recommended for those who have a lot of luggage and don't want to drag their suitcases uphill on the typical medieval stone streets of the Borgo di Erice or simply to complete their stay stress-free! The Service is active from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on the day of your arrival and from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on the day of your departure. The time of the Service must be agreed well in advance and may be subject to change or cancellation. Residence San Martino does not have a breakfast service, but in each accommodation you will find a coffee machine, a moka coffee maker with coffee powder, a kettle, and complimentary sweet and savory snacks. Inside the apartment, you will find two bottles of Sicilian DOC wine (red and white at advantageous prices for our guests) and a 2-liter bottle of natural water in the courtesy fridge bar.
