It contains high gloss wood flooring, 2 closets, 3 extra large windows facing Bushwick Avenue, a fireplace style mantel (non working) & a Queen Size bed. By Request Only 24 hours or more prior to check-in, a twin size air mattress can also be set up for 2 or more confirmed guests. Near public transportation, exercise facilities, parks, diners, coffee shops, pubs, fruit stands, pharmacies, clothing stores and laundry facilities. This historic neighborhood is very scenic and beautiful. All early check-in requests require an additional fee of $20 - $100 and are not guaranteed until confirmed by host. Guest access Guest will have access to pots and pans located in the kitchen. Bathroom, kitchen, hallway & main door entrance is shared. Bedroom is private. During your stay I like to give guest their privacy and space. However I do like to greet all of my guest upon arrival. I am always available by phone, text and through the Airbnb website. Other things to note Kindly note all stays over 30 days will require an additional monthly cleaning fee of $85. In order to keep the common area's (Bathroom, Kitchen, hallway and vestibule) clean. Unfortunately, since Airbnb does not have an app feature, that will allow collection of this fee per month for long term bookings. I will request and collect the fee from my booked guests. On the app with an initial bookings all fees are only able to be collected per stay. Unless it is related to an insurance or property damage claim.
