Studio in the Alps – Station 7 Laux Le Pleynet

Come and recharge your batteries in the heart of the Belledonne range in the Alps! On the 5th and top floor, my 20 m2 studio is a peaceful oasis with views of the mountains. Ideal for 2 adults and a child (convertible sofa + mezzanine bed). Equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, mini oven, fondue and raclette appliances, coffee maker, kettle, teapot...dish soap). Bathroom with bathtub, toilet paper available. Local products, bars & good restaurants nearby! Skiing and hiking all around :) The space Located in the Northern Alps, in the Pleynet Haut Bréda/Sept-Laux resort (1450 m above sea level), halfway between Chambéry and Grenoble, we offer our comfortable, quiet studio on the top floor with elevator access. The view of the Belledonne Mountains and their peaks is exceptional in all seasons. To facilitate your stay, you will have at your disposal: . duvets, blankets, pillows, pillow and mattress protectors, cushions, . bathroom side, you will find toilet paper and a hair dryer, . in the kitchen, you will find a new dish sponge and organic dishwashing liquid. Cleaning products are also available. . remember to bring: fitted sheets for 140 x 190 cm mattress (90 x 190 cm for the mezzanine), duvet cover 200 x 200 cm (140 x 190 cm for the mezzanine), towels, hand towels and dish towel. . If you come with your faithful dog, we leave available a small hair dryer for wet walk returns and two standard size glass bowls. . The cleaning is done between each stay by me, you will find clean dishes, no unpleasant surprises when you arrive! . Minimum 7-day rental Guest access The apartment is reserved for you throughout your stay. Other things to note You're on vacation so there's no way you're going to scrub before you leave and I don't charge for cleaning! However, you will need to leave the studio clean, empty the vacuum cleaner and throw your garbage and recyclable waste in the bins.
