We offer a 47 m2 1-bedroom apartment for 2 to 4 people. We are in the countryside, 5 km from the village of Nailloux. Great comfort, linen provided, cleaning at the end of the stay included, air conditioning, wifi. Rental from 2 nights - 5 nights minimum in summer. Public transportation: bus stop 500 meters away, direct bus line to Toulouse Lio 303 (€2 each way). The space The cottage is located in our house "Gites des Camparros", on the first floor (stairs), with independent entrance. Free access to the garden. Parking in the courtyard, at the foot of the house. In the main room: fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, hood, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, dishes for 12 people...) + living room with sofa (BZ 140*200 bed), air conditioning, color TV, DVD player. The 12 m2 bedroom includes 2 beds of 90 x 200 that can be combined into a bed of 180 x 200 (inform us in advance so that we can prepare the beds for you). The bathroom with shower, vanity, toilet, washing machine, towel dryer. Towels provided, with shower mat. Essential products at your disposal in the gîte (coffee + filters, tea, sugar, chocolate, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper), and for cleaning (products for dishes, floor, toilet, sponges, toilet paper, paper towels, tea towels...). Baby equipment upon request (free). Pets: €5 per pet per night (after prior agreement) to be paid on site. Electric vehicle recharge: €5 per night (after prior agreement) to be paid on site. Guest access You have access to the whole garden (3000 m2). The orchard is fenced because we have a few chickens. Just close the gate to enjoy the garden table with its pergola...
