Welcome to Apartment 4 - A large spacious 3 bedroom apartment located just a stones throw from the city of Suva. This fully furnished apartment sleeps upto 6 guests with allowances for a further 2 rollaway beds*. A kitchen with a fridge/freezer/microwave oven/4 burner gas stove and electric oven. Theres also a spacious dining area with a 6 seater dining table. Lounge is large and spacious with a balcony that overlooks Duncan road. This apartment is part of the Kidsfirst Apartments. 3 Spacious bedrooms - Bedroom 1 has a large king bed with the allowance for a rollaway bed at $25 FJD a night. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds with the allowance for another rollaway bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. Fully Air Conditioned with a laundry equipped with a washer and dryer/ ironing facilities. This apartment is accessed through a common large entrance on Duncan Road and is up a short flight of stairs shared by another 3 apartments. Our team consists of 3 house manages who help clean and service these apartments. We try our best to be there to check you in but in case we aren't able to make it ( as we are teachers in the school - Kidsfirst) one of our friendly staff will be available to greet you. This apartment is located in the suburb of Domain which is a stones throw from the city of Suva. Close walking distance to the Grand Pacific Hotel, Holiday Inn, Albert Park, Flagstaff plaza and restaurants and cafes. Taxis are very easy to get and can be flagged down right outside the apartments. Transfers can be arranged for $35 FJD to/from Nausori Airport and $120 to/from Nadi Airport. Please advise us if you wish to have us organise this for you. There is potential for noise from the road/cars etc but its not too bad once you've closed the doors/windows and the A/C is on.
